Abstract:

Two things among others become clear after spending some 1-2 years in a tech role as a beginner. One is that there's a lot you don't know and two you need to uncover those unknowns if you want to climb higher. That realization brings with it an overwhelming burden because most times we don't know what we don't know and are not sure where to even begin. This talk recognises this concern among beginners and provides some practical guides to learning up.
