Fluent in Confusion

Most communities are great at sparking interest in beginners but terrible at remembering what confusion actually feels like.
This talk explores what happens when we stop treating beginner confusion as a problem to fix and start treating it as valuable signal. Drawing from years of training complete beginners across Ghana, I'll share what confusion has taught me about building communities that truly welcome everyone, not just the ones who already belong.
