Conference ticket sales phases
Conference tickets for PyCon Ghana will be sold in three phases, with increasing prices closer to the event:
Early Bird Rate: Limited tickets sold at a discounted rate before the deadline.
Note: Sales end 15th August 2025
Standard Rate: Tickets sold at the regular rate after Early Bird tickets are exhausted or past the deadline.
Note: Sales end 19th September 2025
Late-Entry Rate: Closer to the conference, we will switch to late-entry ticket rates, if we still have tickets left. These will cost around 40% more than the standard rate.
Please note: Admission to the tutorials/workshops are included in the conference ticket price although prior registration is required as seats are limited. Furthermore, specialist tracks like the Diversity and Open Source track happening on the PreConf day are open events, although, priority will be given to ticket holders during shortlisting.

We offer five ticket types covering three full days of talks, workshops, sprints, networking, and conference perks like lunch and swags. The available tickets are:

Sponsorship & Impact Tickets
Impact Ticket: GHC 1,500
Available throughout all phases (limited)
The Impact Ticket offers an opportunity for individuals who wish to go beyond participation and actively support the PyCon Ghana community. By purchasing this ticket, you help make it possible for someone facing financial barriers to attend — covering their conference ticket and contributing toward essential needs such as transportation or accommodation.
As a token of our appreciation, your name will be listed on our website as an Impact Supporter (unless you choose to remain anonymous). Your support not only helps someone attend the conference — it strengthens our collective mission to make the Python community more accessible and inclusive.
Sharing conference ticket:
This is a special ticket for anyone who would like to pay for a fellow Pythonista to attend the conference, who would otherwise not have been able to. The price varies by sales phase (see below).

For participants whose ticket is sponsored by their company or organization.
Individual conference ticket: GHC 200
For self-sponsored professionals, hobbyists, and enthusiasts.
Student conference ticket: GHC 100
Available to students and postdoctoral researchers. Please present a valid student ID or university letter stating your affiliation and program duration.
Sharing conference ticket: GHC 200
This is a special ticket for anyone who would like to pay for a fellow Pythonista to attend the conference, who would otherwise not have been able to.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for late entry tickets.
What does my ticket cover?
The price of the conference tickets includes:
- Admission to the conference on the tutorials days, main conference days, and sprint days (25th–27th September 2025).
- Talks, exciting keynotes, interesting panels, and access to the exhibit Sprints, hallway sessions, and meetings with friends.
- Lunch & Coffee Breaks (A buffet lunch and a coffee break are offered each day).
- Free Wi-Fi Internet connectivity.
- Official conference swags
The price of the conference ticket does NOT include Accommodation or passes to social events such as tours or Dinners.
